पूरे भारत में नवरात्रि को समान श्रद्धा के साथ मनाया जाता है।

इस वर्ष, शरद नवरात्रि 26 सितंबर, 2022 को शुरू होगी और 5 अक्टूबर को विजयादशमी के साथ समाप्त होगी।

इन 9 दिनों के दौरान, लोग देवी दुर्गा और उनके सभी नौ अवतारों की पूजा करते हैं।

जहां कुछ लोग इन नौ दिनों के दौरान उपवास रखते हैं या सात्विक भोजन करते हैं

वहीं कुछ लोग सुबह और शाम के समय भी केवल प्रार्थना करते हैं और देवी को भोग लगाते हैं।

चूंकि प्रत्येक दिन मां दुर्गा के एक रूप से जुड़ा हुआ है, इसलिए इन दिनों भी एक विशिष्ट रंग को जिम्मेदार ठहराया जाता है।

विशेष रूप से, जो लोग उपवास रखते हैं वे उस विशिष्ट रंग के भोजन तैयार करते हैं 

जिसे दिन के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है और इसे मां दुर्गा के नौ अवतारों को भोग के रूप में पेश करते हैं।
